Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave-safe?
Yes. Our mugs are made from high-quality ceramic and are dishwasher and microwave safe. To preserve the artwork long-term, we recommend gently washing by hand with warm water and dish soap. When using the dishwasher, we recommend placing the mug on the top rack and avoiding abrasive scrubbers, however, the color of the print may degrade over time.
Will the calligraphy look exactly like the photos?
Each mug is carefully printed to match the original artwork as closely as possible. However, minor variations in ink tone or placement may occur due to the ceramic printing process. These subtle differences are normal and do not affect quality.
What are your delivery options and shipping costs?
We currently offer the following option outlining estimated delivery times and typical starting rates. Actual fees may vary based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. The delivery estimations below refer to the shipping time and do not include order processing nor manufacturing time.

Yes, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the United States on orders that meet a cart total threshold of $56+ (before tax).
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we proudly ship our products to destinations around the world. However, package tracking information may not be available for deliveries outside the United States of America, Canada, and Australia.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We take pride in the quality of our calligraphy products and carefully inspect each item before shipment.
If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Due to the nature of ceramic products and limited production runs, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or minor variations in print appearance, as each piece may have slight differences that are part of the production process.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the issue is verified. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by damage or error on our part.
